With 18 years’ experience in acupuncture, I’ve supported many women through hormonal transitions with a grounded, compassionate approach. I draw on my background in both general and fertility acupuncture.

Treatments take place in a quiet, peaceful in Banbury. They’re often described as deeply relaxing — and many of my clients say it’s their favourite hour of the week.

What to Expect

Your first session includes a consultation where we talk through your cycle, symptoms, history and wellbeing as a whole. From there, your acupuncture treatment is tailored to your unique needs. Most women benefit from a course of treatments and many choose to continue with regular sessions as part of their long-term self-care.
