Here you’ll find my treatment options and current fees.

If you’re new, your journey begins with a telephone consultation so we can explore your health story, your goals, and what brings you to treatment. This helps me tailor my approach to you from the very first session.

If you’re unsure what to book, please feel free to reach out or arrange a free discovery call – I’m always happy to guide you.

Returning clients are warmly welcomed back. If you can’t see a suitable appointment time on my diary page, email me and I’ll add you to my cancellation list.

Clinic location

I work from my quiet, private treatment room in Banbury, Oxfordshire – a calm, nurturing space designed to help you unwind from the moment you arrive. There is free, easy parking directly outside, making visits simple and stress-free.

Consultation options

New Client Acupuncture – General Wellbeing or Single Concern

For support with one main health concern or for general wellbeing acupuncture in the absence of a health concern.
Ideal if you’d like a combined acupuncture-and-massage session for a single issue.
30-minute telephone consultation + 60-minute first treatment

New Client Acupuncture – Complex Health / Period Health / Meno & Perimenopause

A longer consultation to explore your health story in more depth so I can understand your symptoms, hormones, and overall wellbeing fully.
60-minute telephone consultation + 60-minute first treatment

New Client Fertility Acupuncture

Comprehensive support when you are trying to conceive. We take a deep dive into your health, hormones, cycle, and fertility history. I commit time to creating your personalised Fertility Detective Report document - with tailored recommendations and next steps.

New Client Massage

A soothing holistic massage or a focused sports/soft-tissue treatment, depending on your needs.
15-minute telephone consultation + 60-minute appointment (around 45 minutes of massage)

Follow-up treatments

Acupuncture

A 60-minute appointment including a brief check-in and tailored treatment. Massage can be added when helpful.

Massage

A 60-minute appointment with around 45 minutes of massage – either soft-tissue, holistic, or a blend.

Discovery call

A free 15-minute call to help you decide the best starting point and to find out more.
No charge

Payment Terms

Consultations: Payment is kindly requested within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment.
Follow-up treatments: These can be paid for on the day of your session.
Payment methods: Bank transfer is preferred. Cash or cheque is also accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you’re unwell, please contact me to discuss. If you’re very poorly, we will likely cancel your appointment and you won’t be charged. If it’s urgent, please text me as I may not see an email in time.

For all other reasons, cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full fee, unless I’m able to fill the slot.

Please treat your booking with the same level of commitment as you would an NHS consultant appointment – your time is reserved just for you.
