This is the friendliest local women's networking you’ll go to as it’s designed for us; for health practitioners and holistic wellness therapists.  We meet about three times a year in Banbury.

 

Confidently chat with people who 'get' you, and become well known in the local wellness community and grow your business.

I've run these meet ups as both very organised and scheduled, and very relaxed low-key events. Going forward into 2026 we will continue with the relaxed vibe, and these will probably be a weekend breakfast/ brunch. 

​

It is incredibly supportive to have likeminded friends who are in the holistic and wellness sector, and we'd all love you to join us.

Why

​

I created this group in 2024 because there weren't any similar groups running at the time, and in all honesty, I felt too scared to go to mainstream networking events. I really wanted to grow my business, grow my confidence, and make a new set of friends who 'get' me.

​

So I created this format from my heart, hearing my inner wisdom, and trusting that other local business women were feeling the same things that I was feeling.

I'm an acupuncturist and I've been running my business for 18 years, through buzzy ups and crushing downs, through poor decisions and great choices. I'm passionate about holistic wellness, and I know what it's like to run a holistic small business.

Are you the right fit?

Tiny newbie side hustle business or established full time expanding clinic, this is for you. If you are a yoga teacher, chiropractor, PT, physio, reiki healer, coach, run a meditation group, massage therapist, acupuncturist , counsellor, hypnotherapist, skincare therapist, you are a perfect match.

'Wellness' and 'holistic health' are very broad terms! I'd love you to join us even if you don't quite fit this genre. 

​

This is a group for local women including trans women and non binary people who feel comfortable in women's spaces.
