​For me, acupuncture is more than a treatment - it’s a way of truly listening to the body, understanding what’s out of sync, and guiding it gently back into balance. I work closely with each client to offer not just treatment, but support, clarity, and a sense of calm at every stage of their journey.

I’m known for creating a peaceful and grounded treatment space where clients feel safe to exhale. My approach is intuitive yet informed - deeply present, and always tailored to you.

When I'm not in clinic...

​

Every day, I take a good walk in nature - it's how I stay grounded, clear-headed, and balanced. I sing in a local choir, I enjoy attending a fun martial arts class, and my best times are spent with my son. 

​​

I love plants! I’ve put a lot of love into my garden and I enjoy potting up my seasonal hanging baskets and pots.

​

I believe in the importance of practising what I preach: finding the right balance of work, rest, and play.

​​​

Nutrition and nourishing living are important to me. I love feeding my body with balanced meals, I stay strong by ending each day with 20 minutes of yoga, and I start each morning with positivity and a strong cup of tea! 100% cocoa chocolate is often nearby me!

Genuinely, you will find I am always learning; reading, listening, talking with peers - especially with regards to fertility and women’s health.

Banbury is my hometown, I feel proud to be able to offer holistic support to this lovely community.

• 2010 Abdominal Sacral Massage Practitioner training from the School of Abdominal Sacral Massage
